AEO Security Declaration
This document is used to confirm the security standards of an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and is required to obtain or maintain AEO status.
Provision guarantee T1
This document is used to ensure that T1 consignments (non-Union goods) are properly presented at the customs office of destination and is required before a T1 transit procedure can be opened.
Customs authorization AES Import
With the AES Import customs authorization, you authorize Atlantis Customs Spedition to carry out all the necessary customs formalities for your imports. This includes submitting goods declarations, determining the customs value and making customs claims on your behalf.
Customs authorization AES Export
This document authorizes Atlantis Zollspedition GmbH to make export declarations on behalf of the customer and is required to transfer responsibility for customs clearance of export shipments.

1. Customs authorisation from the declarant or the client
Enables Atlantis Zollspedition to handle all customs formalities on your behalf in a legally secure manner
2. EORI number
Your Europe-wide identification number for customs declarations and imports/exports.
3. Customs tariff number / commodity code (HS Code)
The international goods number determines the customs rates and other trade rules.
4. Detailed goods description
A precise description of your goods in order to apply correct customs duties and tariffs.
5. Value of goods
The total value of the exported goods, necessary for customs calculation.
6. Gross and net weight
The weight of your goods including and excluding packaging to calculate transport and customs rates.
7. Commercial invoice & packing list
Important documents containing all details of the goods and deliveries.
8. Incoterms and place of transfer of goods
Determine who is responsible for transport, risks and costs.
9. Product specific licences / certificates
Required for the export of certain goods such as chemicals, electronics or food.
